The more we know up front, the tighter our number. Include:

• Project type — patch, full room, basement, new build
• Approximate square footage or room dimensions
• Ceiling height & number of corners / bulkheads
• Finish level — standard smooth or Level 5
• Timeline & access (occupied home? stairs? parking?)
• Clear photos of each wall, ceiling, and any damage
• Wide shot of the room + close-up of problem areas
